The mission of spcaLA is to instill respect and appreciation for all living things; promote humane education; protect animals against violence (often a precursor to violence against people); provide for the well-being of animals that are injured, ill, abused, or in need; and promote a bond between people and animals.

When a dog has been abused and neglected, spcaLA does their best to nurse him/her back to health. Help them provide special food for these dogs so that they can recover and have a chance to find the loving home they deserve.
